someone walked into my house today while i was out (i left in a total flap and forgot to check the lock on the back door) and stole some cash my husband had left for me on the table. this was after my husband and i had just had a big argument about money, too. FML.

ours was the most stupid argument imaginable. we've been getting on just fine but for some reason both of us just blew up today. weirdness.

what sucks though is that money was like 1/2 our budget for groceries over the next week. i'm not working right now (injured) so things were already super tight without my income. today has just been an absolute shitshow.

that is weird...maybe their conscience was working at some point? Idunno. Or they were scared shitless and like, tunnel visioned the money, not even seeing the labtop. Either way...it's still shitty.

i did think of that, but there's no way they could have. i noticed it the moment we walked in the house, from me picking them up at school.
