Good luck Shez. I personally would say avoid the bars until you are more confident about not smoking. I mean, that would be like going to a coke party when you just got outta rehab. You don't have to avoid bars forever, just gain a little bit of footing first.

Either way...I hope you kick the habit. My grandma smoked for 40+ years and finally quit about 8 or so years ago. Never give up hope that you are strong enough to fight the addiction.

So we made a deal- he bought me a pack of camels but he's in charge of doling them out to me. I smoked 4 at the bar on Friday night, 2 last night while hanging out with some friends at a gallery opening and none so far today. Smile That's a long way from the pack a day I usually smoke on Friday or Saturdays.

It's hard to quit, but you can do it!
