Give that new Blitzen Trapper album a go, you might like it.

There's been a bit of buzz about Pattern Is Movement here.

Also, the Secret Machines album rocks pretty hard, in a spacey, Spiritualized kinda way.

I still think a lot of you would love that Kurt Vile release. Download it! It's catchy as hell.

It's the best AC DC record of the last 15-20 years. Brian Johnson's vocals sound less strangled than they have in ages. There's no single with the urgency of "Shoot to Thrill," let alone "Back in Black" but "Rock N' Roll Train" is very good and the album tracks are more solid than they've managed in some time.

Your personal enthusiasm (or lack thereof) for AC DC will determine if you consider the above a ringing endorsement or damning with faint praise.
