Oh man... OK, here's a couple more: Stiff Little Fingers supporting Tom Robinson, Bournemouth Town Hall Squeeze, as the third act supporting both Radio Stars and Eddie and the Hot Rods, Bournemouth 'Chelsea Village' Of course I was little more than a slightly overdeveloped sperm when these gigs took place... Actually, Squeeze were sensational - it was the original line up, just after their first single, 'Take Me, I'm Yours,' had been released. No-one had the faintest clue who they were. There was Jools Holland on one side of the stage playing keyboards wearing a flat cap and sunglasses whilst smoking a fuckin' huge fat cigar, plus Difford and Tilbrook giving it everything up front & that muscle man guy on drums. They were as tight as fuck, produced a brilliant sound and, of course, their set was packed with superb tunes.
