I decided I wanted to give it a try. Any pointers you could give me?

All I know is that my grandpa smoked a pipe for years. And when he quit, he had horrible night sweats for a month and his sweat was green so my grandmother had to buy new sheets.

A lot of people who think of taking up pipe smoking give it up quickly because its actually rather difficult to pack a tobacco pipe properly. I have a unicorn meerschaum pipe that I use for when I go to the Renaissance Festival, so only for a couple months a year, and I can't get the thing to stay lit worth a damn. I feel like I look like I'm smoking weed because I have to re-light it constantly!

Why don't you just put weed in a pipe? I don't understand.

My grandpa smoked pipes, he would just puff really hard on them, but sort of rapidly, and it stayed lit. I don't remember him relighting, but he also smoked 2 packs of cigs a day. Now he probably smokes a pack of light cigs a day. I remember it kind of smelled good though, the tobacco, whatever flavors he had.

I wonder if weed is as bad for you as cigs in terms of cancer risk and such...probably, I can't imagine that the human body benefits from having smoke from burning foliage inside it.

Studies point to it being less harmful cancer wise.


But i say smoke away! better to die of cancer than to forever live as a touchy feely hippie.

I use to have a glass pipe to smoke bowls with. I lost it during NYE, fuck.

Whatevs, snuggling is awesome, and I will probably die of cancer anyway though...yay?

Some enterprising young stoners in town opened a shop specializing in 'hand blown glass', disc golf, bootleg Dave Matthews Band t-shirts, and hackey sacks.

I haven't been in there, but I bet it'd be something like this. But with less charm.

My Grandfather smoked a pipe.I tryed it and it was really gross.The smoke is really hot and burns your tongue and tastes like burning rubber....nuff said.
