i think a lot of people don't realize some of these procedures are major, often risky, surgeries. that's too high a price to pay for beauty.

it's unfortunate that sometimes the patient isn't completely clear about their medical history or things they take that they don't deem to be medications and it can cause complications in the end and the doctors end up blamed (not that doctors aren't sometimes at fault too).
