Tickets go on sale to the public on Saturday, October 18th at 10 AM EST and may be purchased online at http://ticketmaster.com or by phone at 757.671.8100, 757.872.8100 or 804.262.8100. Tickets will not be available at the venue box office and there is a two-ticket limit per show.

The band intends to announce additional touring in 2009 early next year.

Good for them. I mean, I'm not a big fan or anything, and I've never been to a show....but if it makes them happy, and their fans happy, more power to them. Hopefully Trey worked out what he needed to work out.

I haven't been to a show since '99 and will be skipping the frantic mob scene that Hampton will surely be.

But if they do some summer dates and come through NC I will probably go, would be a nice nostalgic blast I'm sure.

Who wants to bet they will be headlining bonnaroo next summer?

I've seen a slew of Phish shows, maybe 11 or so, including NYE in NYC and NYE 2000 in Florida, not to mention the last 7 shows before their first major hiatus. So I consider myself a bit of a fan...

My question is: Will Phish be on their game straight out of the gate, or will they need to clock some live time before really starting to hook-up?

If I was going to travel to a show, personally for me it would be for The Mars Volta! hehe can't wait...

But all my best to all the PhishHeads out there! I can imagine your excitement!

Sweet thanks for posting. I signed up, so hopefully I can get tix. My friend and I were talking about how we miss going Phish shows yesterday...while we were working for the Allman Brothers and Phil & Friends. I had fun seeing a hippy show for the first time in a while.

My last Phish show was at Big Cypress for NYE 1999/2000

I am so torn... I've seen them about 30 times... but I've also kinda grown up since they stopped playing... I don't know where I fit in anymore, I don't want to "miss" anything, but I'm quite happy not going to "those types" of shows now.
