I have that where I live, too. And it's a State college. We are a migration path for the Lesser Low-SAT Score Hipster Doofi.

I live in Winona, MN. It's right on the Miss. river and we have two decent size schools...one a state school. There's also a lot of douche. Lots of douche. But it's home, and it's only as bad as I let it be.
