According to the Barbican website , Wayne is introducing all three screenings.

I've just booked a ticket for the Friday screening, but I have no idea how I'm going to get down there, or if/where I'm going to stay.

I was lucky enough to see the film in New York last Wednesday. Wayne was there in person giving the intro and afterwards took some questions. It was a fantastic experience which I'm expecting this to be too!

Aaarrrggghhh! I'm so disappointed that all three screenings are happening on the only 3 nights I'm not in London! I have to go to my brother's wedding in Spain that weekend. Dammit!

Does anyone know if Wayne's introducing any more screenings elsewhere in the UK or in Europe?

I imagine (or maybe I'm just praying) that there is more than three screenings in Europe, as the Flaming Lips seem quite respectful in the sense that they do not believe London shows are 'enough', as some bands do. I'm sure it's a hard operation, however. I hope for the best.

Met Wayne after the show and got my flyer signed (wish i'd taken an album now!). I think there were some other people from this forum there too. Q&A was interesting, that man can talk and talk and talk - they had to cut it off after about 4 questions! Always interesting answers though.

Overall an interesting experience and it was great to meet the lead singer of my favourite band .

We're off to tonight's (Saturday) screening - really looking forward to it, a real Christmas treat!

Yeah, had a really good night. Met Wayne beforehand, he was really friendly and signed my ticket and spoke for a few minutes. I was a bit disapointed with the questions that were being asked seeing as Wayne said ask me anything and the best people could come up with were set questions etc.

This sucks. Fuck London. London is treated as the central for everything. But it's too expensive to get to from the North. I've never even been there yet. I hate you, London.

I went to the sunday showing. Great stuff and I spoke to the great man before the film started. Ace times all round, especially as I had a hot chick on my arm.
