I preordered the Christmas on Mars Mega Deluxe Edition Bundle on 10/24. According to my order status on the Warner Bros. store, its still "In Process." My credit card has still not been charged. What gives? Anybody else having problems with this?

Welcome to the entire "pre-order" concept (as I've experienced it many times before(not just with the Lips either, but virtually ANY "preorder")...).

I guess WB just doesn't have their shit together. I work for a music distributor and if someone preoders something, if anything, they usually get it earlier than the street date.

I can't count how many times I've preordered something only to see it on some shelf before I've received mine and usually cheaper! Of course, preorder was the ONLY way to get the Mega Deluxe, unless I'm mistaken...

Just take comfort in knowing that when it does finally ship that the post office will lose it.

I just called the WB Store, couldn't really understand most of what the guy was saying. Lots of mumbling and he had a strange accent. He said I should check if my card has been charged and he said it won't be charged until it leaves their warehouse. So essentially you will know when it ships when your card is charged.

Errr... ok I just called Warner too and the lady told me that the shipping label has been printed but the package has not left yet.

She put in a request for someone to look into it and call me back within 24 hours.

I'll keep everyone posted.
