i can only see the soundtrack/DVD combo on Amazon (US and UK).

The video is annoyingly lax information-wise - please can someone in the know tell us exactly-

-where/when can we order it?
-what the shirt looks like?
-where/when we can order the vinyl copy of the soundtrack (with extras) or was particle being silly?

all the useful info like that would be great!
