Exactly.

After my third viewing, the pace really seemed to pick up and I was able to start identifying more humor, plot, back story, etc.

Also helpful to watch with different friends, because everyone sees things differently.

That's a good suggestion. I watched it with three of my cousins, one of whom is a Lips fan. We had an interesting discussion about it right after the viewing and the next day over brunch.

I'm sure I'll break down and buy a copy of it and get some friends together.

I missed seeing it at Wakarusa, so I purchased the 2disc(CD/DVD)version and loved it!

It is much better than I thought it would be, though I freely admit I have not yet seen it sober!

It looks like they used real film instead of cheap camcorders. (I expected cheap camcorder footage).

I like the spacey/trippy songs from the lips, so I definitely like the soundtrack. I was concerned about this aspect and actually thought they would just use their own songs rather writing new material. I am glad that it is all new ambient/spacey material!

I've already busted it out at multiple parties and everyone I hang out with thinks it is awesome! (We all like trippy movies)
