so, first post. im seeing the lips for my second time, and my first ever festival. im going to 80/35. i have a few general festival questions and a few questions about the lips festival dates so far.

so i take some prescription medications.. am i going to be able to bring these into the festival. those of you who have been to festivals before, ever had any issues or know anything?
also- from what ive seen it seems like the sets for the festivals have all been pretty much the same. think the lips are gonna mix it up at all?
the first time i saw them the merch they had was all the same stuff from the website. i bought the light blue 'save the world' shirt an it no longer fits me. at these recent shows do they have any new merch? and what is it like? do they have festival specific stuff?

sorry, kind of a loaded post. just very excited about seeing them again on the fourth of july.

Yeah, make sure they are in a prescription bottle and you probably want to keep them all together double ziploc bagged in your cooler. Many festivals will have a central area where refrigerated medications can be kept. Check with the organizers if that is a concern.

Bring your own TP in a ziploc bag. Easy up shade tents can be had for ~$30 now at many sporting goods stores and if placed directly east of your camping tent they will make sleeping in more comfortable. A little first aid kit can be nice to have, and bring plenty of water. Plan for the worst, but hope for the best.

Probably, yeah. They play a lot of similar sets, but switch them around enough.

I've seen 2 new christmas on mars/summer tour shirts, and the music can save the world if you're nice to it shirt. The new shirts are Orange wit Major Syrtis (steven) and Black with the alien superbeing (wayne).
