I'm not sure what the flips have planned for the fall; so I'm thinking of heading down to mexico for the lips. I spent bonnaroo with a couple of guys from down there. MGMT is also on the bill!

The thought had crossed my mind...

'course last year when I didn't know what the fall would bring, I ended up all the way in Vancouver and then they played in practically my back yard that very next week.

I saw both those back-to-back dates show up... 'spose they are playing both of them? I don't know anything about this festival or whatever...

The flaming lips will play both days. The first day is in Mexico City and the second night is in Guadalajara. I'm not sure if there will be multiple stages.....the lips will not be headlining. It appears that by bus it will take about six hours to get to Guadalajara.
