This post isn't related to the flaming lips playing at this particular music festival. However it is related to YOU the people that actually go around the country catching lots of good festivals, or just shows in general.


I would of posted this in the "non-lips" section, but if you have taken a good look at things over there, you would understand for my postings of this here. (no offense to that side of the forums)

I am going to be attending All Good 2008,
and it happens to be starting on my birthday.

I was wondering if any Flaming Lips fans were planning on going? I'm making the drive from north Florida to West Virginia possibly on my own, but maybe will be traveling with a small group of friends.

Needless to say I'm super thrilled to be able to attend, it will be my first trip to All Good and I have only heard good things. The fact that my birthday is July 10th only makes the deal sweeter.

I don't want to be a "promoter" or try and sell you some tickets or some shit, but it's honestly a really good priced festival for the lineup. $139 at the moment, and an extra $15 for going on Thursday (my birthday).

I'm more posting this here because I have had really good luck meeting awesome people to travel to shows with over these forums. This is mainly being posted to let anyone know in between North Florida and West Virginia that I can help give you a ride to the show.

Please let me know if any of you awesome folks plan on making it out to this one. Nothing like raging on the lot with flips fans.

i went last year ...its a GREAT time, i would be going but i went to Langerado and im going to Camp Bisco

Langerado was a pretty fun time. I will admit I did enjoy the 07 year more in sunrise. It was more intimate or something like that.

It was awesome not to have to drive back to a campground / hotel though!

I bet next year's Langerado will be even better =D



Camp Bisco looks amazing. I was picking between Camp Bisco / Rothbury / All Good. I went with All Good obviously =D
