ive never been to see the lips before but ive heard that you can get on stage to dance if you wear a weird enough costume. is this true? if so im goin as optimus prime lol

hang out around the stage awhile before they play. Find someone in a construction outfit and ask them for help. A costume wouldn't hurt but being in the right place at the right time was how I did it.

They have a guy who goes around finding people to dance on stage, the "job title" is 'The Animal Wrangler', 'cause they used to have people dressed in animal suits. I dunno who it is now.

yeah well me and my 3 mates are all gunna go as santa claus cuz its the only costume we can afford. but i will probably wear a space helmet over my hat. hopefully thats good enough to get on stage

Where is the ideal place to look for the Wrangler in a festival?

I think trying to get oneself on stage the focus of seeing the Lips live is... strange. Of course it'd be incredible fun and all but y'know, dress up and if you're chosen then WAHEY! If not, maybe next time...

lucky me, I danced on stage tonight! and it was incredible! my tip for festivals is hang out by the back stage gate about 4-5 hours before the Lips go on, and look for the guys in construction suits.
